Amazingly accurate!. She named the exact area I'm moving to and mentioned a specific detail about the physical appearance of a person I asked about. Very positive and kind. Really a joy to talk to! Amazing! She described to a tee the buyers of my house before I knew anything about them and she also knew when escrow would actually close (which was different than the scheduled closing). Extremely caring and kind. I'm so grateful to have found her!
